“ A few weeks back we had some time to kill in the evening before the Jon Oliver show at the Kennedy center and wanted to get some dinner and hang out in DC, my search found this place. I picked it because it had both dinner food and coffee house characteristics and it wouldn't be weird for us to sit there and knit for a couple hours after we ate. It was a great find! We enjoyed our pizzas and chai lattes a lot, the vibe is super cute, it was a bit chilly downstairs (but it was very cold everywhere!) but a great place to hang out. Staff was very friendly and so were the other patrons. If I had any complaint, it would be that the salad we chose needed dressing (it didn't seem to have much if any) and had way too many walnuts. But everything else was great. We don't get over to this part of town often but if we ever have time to kill in DC again we will come here! ”
“ I don't know how the pizza gets better every time?! Classic pepperoni with red sauce was cooked perfectly. I recommend the Friday wine tastings. Last week I enjoyed the Moldovan wines, crowd pleasers and great price point. ”
“ Great local market, the breakfast burritos and breads are really good and the store has a little bit of everything. ”
“ This place is more than just a neighborhood market, it's also a super great restaurant! Can't go wrong with any of their prepared to go options but also their made to order pizza is to die for! I was walking my dog and passed someone with a box of pizza that smelled so good. I had to stop them to ask where it came from and that's how I found this place and the pizza did not disappoint. Show up at 8 AM for fresh breakfast burritos as well! The day I discovered this gem I went three times because that's how good it is! They also always give my dog treats so 10 out of 10! ”
“ This is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood! They have a great selection of snacks, prepared food, pasta, ice cream, wine, the works! The pizza and sandwiches are to die for and definitely worth being a tad more pricey than others. One of our favorites in town ”
“ I love this little corner store and bakery. The in-house quiche's are the best and you can find everything you need for a quick lunch or breakfast. Plenty of street parking to run inside really quickly. ”
“ We got several pizzas and each of them were very good. I will return. Fun to eat and relax in the basement! ”
“ This is our go-to spot for many things. Mostly because it's right around the corner from our house. But they have some seriously good food. From pizza to desserts, everything we've had from here has been tasty. You can order online and do pickup or delivery. I also really like their beer and wine selection. Lots of choose from with a variety of price points. They also have neat sodas and other non-alcoholic drinks. You can also find some good pantry food items too. The dry pasta and jarred sauce offerings are a favorite of mine to look at and browse. It's quaint and cute. ”
